Understanding the complex systems that lead to optimal health and wellness and the prevention of chronic disease requires an interdisciplinary approach. Our research investigates the metabolic and molecular networks involved in disease prevention or development to discover new therapies that improve health and quality of life. Additionally, we use machine learning technology to interrogate how multiple factors interact in a given phenotype to mitigate disease risk and achieve precision health.
